@Penny Davis Overthinking is usually not a thinking problem. It is an execution gap. Most people sit in their head trying to get it “right” before they start. That is what keeps them stuck. The fix is to shorten the distance between idea and output. Next time you catch yourself overthinking, do this: Take the idea and turn it into something simple within 20 minutes.A rough script. A messy post. A basic video. It does not need to be good. It just needs to exist. Once it exists, it is much easier to improve than something that never got made.
