I am of the same belief as you but it took some trial and error for us to find what works for us. We have weekly 1 on 1 meetings between the founder and myself and then myseld and my admin that is more tactical and keeping the business moving forward. Then we have a monthly one on one that is about personal growth and challenges. But when we had 10-15 team members our weekly meetings where department specific instead of 1:1

@Cris Seppola thats the dream I'm working towards as well. But i am limited to long weekends for now cause of the hubby's job. Fortunately I live in a great area for that

Hey everyone! I like Cris, work a full time job while I am building my own thing on the side. In my job I have helped hundreds of agencies systemize and productize their services so they can have a more leveraged business. In my new thing, I am helping solopreneurs calm the chaos of running a business by helping them create simple operational structures and processes. ✨If you could reclaim 5 hours a week: I have reclaimed a lot of time in the past year stepping back from running a youth cheer team and my baby graduating high school. So in short, I am filling that time right now working on building my thing. ✨What's a recent win we can celebrate with you? Getting my first person I didn't already know in my community! ✨Where do you feel you are most bottlenecked right now? Figuring out the best way to drive traffic to my community. There is really so many ways I could spend my time or money to do this, and it is likely a combo of a few ways... but every day I wonder which is the best use of my time. ✨What will make this community massively valuable to you? I love all things systems and operations, but making calls are difficult for me - so I would love to see some great conversations inside the community itself where we are sharing ideas and helping each other. ✨Which topics should we prioritize for live sessions? This is a tough one for me, cause of the above. But I do love to catch a replay. For topics, I love some of the questions you have asked in the community and I would love to see some more thought provoking questions, topics that get us to think outside of the day to day.
