I believe his TransUnion score is 710. I was going to add a savings secured, rental history, eCredable, and 2 $10,000 10 yr AUs before applying to his CU and doing a Chase biz CC. I didn’t think his profile would be strong enough for business loans

I have a client who has 720 credit score without any open installment or revolving accounts and wants $75-100k in 60 days. LLC is 4 years old and reporting one $5,000 trade line. Any ideas on how or what to do to structure the profile for business funding?
