Feelings come and go, but they shouldn’t get in the way of progress. We need to think bigger, take on greater responsibility, deliver strong results, do work that truly benefits the team and the company, and make a real contribution to society.

Life is like a bicycle. You maintain your balance by moving forward. The moment you slow down too much or stop, you start to wobble. Or even worse, you fall completely. You should always be striving for something. If you don’t have anything that you’re reaching for your life will feel empty, and you will not be fulfilled no matter what you have.

The challenges in your life aren’t just sent for you to learn and grow, they are sent to bring you closer to God. When hard times arise you should be seeking God for guidance, strength, and even forgiveness for the mistakes that led you to these situations (because most of the time… it’s our fault) As you strengthen your connection with God, you will start to understand that all the things that happen to you, big or small, good or bad. Are all reminders for you to remember God through gratitude and/or seeking divine guidance.

If you want to reach your goal, you need to take the lead and influence others. You need to do this because you can’t do everything on your own, you need support from others. If you think some important people might question you or refuse to help, prepare yourself for the questions they may ask and communicate with sincerity. Help them understand and recognize your idea, and then you can influence them. You don’t need to convince them right away, just help them understand. Be patient, and the support you’ve been hoping for will come. And if they don’t help, that’s okay too, you’re learning how to be a leader🙂
