It's here! Harvest day is coming — and this is the one you don't want to miss. 🌾
On the 1st of October we're running the final Activate 2026 session of the year. And it's different from everything we've done before. We're not planning. We're not setting goals or building new strategies. We're doing something far more satisfying than that. We're looking at what you actually built this year. What you started. What you finished. What surprised you. What you're prouder of than you expected. And — honestly — what you're ready to put down before Christmas so you can close 2026 feeling complete rather than behind. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲: 🌟 We open with wins. Three lists — what you started, what you finished, what surprised you. Share as much or as little as feels right. This part alone is worth showing up for. 📋 We review what you committed to in July. Pull up your Simplify workbook. Where are you with your ONE asset? What will you actually finish before Christmas? Q4 is short — two real working weeks in December at most. We decide now what makes the cut. 🗳️ You choose what we explore. We'll do a live vote on the day and go wherever the room needs most. 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲: • Accountability Activate — staying on track without pressure or rigid systems • Profit Power Hour — protecting your most valuable working time • LinkedIn Cold Outreach — how to start real, values-led conversations with the right people (not spam — I promise) • Podcast Guesting Strategy — how to get yourself under a podcast and use it as an authority-building asset • Open Hot Seats — bring your situation and we work through it together ✍️ 𝗪𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀. 1. What will you finish before Christmas — said out loud. 2. And what are you leaving today with — posted live into the community so everyone can see it. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻. If you're not yet premium and you'd like to be in the room, now is the time. There's still a full quarter left to make the most of it — and Harvest is the session that makes the whole year make sense. 👉 Upgrade here

I also couldn't join for the whole time but will make sure I can for the next one. It was really great to have a dedicated time to reflect and also plan for what needs completing by the end of the year. A standout realisation for me is that a lot has solidified in terms of what I am offering which is making it so much easier to stay focused and also to market myself. I have invested a lot in myself and my business this year, sometimes from a guided decision, sometimes from fear. So going forward taking discernment into my investing decisions (well, really everywhere!) became clear to me as I reflected. Thanks so much @MamaJ Hollows and everyone who was there.
Quiet?
Everyone's still very quiet in here. Are we not enjoying the accountability this month, or are we still recovering from summer, or is something else going on? Help me out because I want to be able to support you and post things that are useful to you. If you're not into the accountability this month, that's fine. We'll do something different :)

Hi for me it's a combo of a lot going on getting ready for my group programme last week and only just feeling back into the swing of it. I am pretty motivated when I have something I am offering (like the group or masterclass) so I'm not sure I need the accountability right now. I feel like it did it's job of focus for me. Not to say I wouldn't jump back in if you still offer it at some point. Right now I am struggling to find time for Skool stuff but this community is still my no1 priority, even if I haven't been in here much 🤩
🏆 Congratulations 🙌 Erica
Please all join me in supporting @Erica Ashton whi just made her first ever outreach. I’m super proud of her. And I know what it took to get her. Honestly it’s no small thing. She committed to a path and is taking it step by step. In her way and on her terms. Stepping out of our comfort zone is huge. No matter what that step looks like to other people. Please send you congrats and support 💖
🏆 Congratulations 🙌 Erica

This is brilliant, well done!
🤯 Accountability, Power Hour & Mental Health
Preparing to write this post for you, I went into the classroom and found this lesson from day 6. It was interesting to me because I had some news that discombobulated me this morning. Not only could I not eat breakfast, but I could really struggle to sit down for my power hour. This is me reaching out to you to say: I understand when mental health gets in the way of doing the work. However, what I found was that when I sat down and was just taking one step in front of the other, yes, I was slower than I am normally in my power hour, but I did get some stuff done. Now I feel ready to get on with my day! Accountability Invite below :) I'd love to hear how you are all getting on. 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟲 - 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻, 𝗗𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗝𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗜𝘁 Week 1 gave you five days of honest data. This week is about actually using it — but noticing a pattern is only useful if you can look at it without turning it into a verdict on your character. "I keep avoiding outreach" is information. "I'm bad at this" is a story. Today's about learning to tell the difference. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝗮 𝟯 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝘁 1️⃣ Don't dwell on what went wrong 2️⃣ Focus on your next step 3️⃣ Zoom out — one wobble in 365 days is nothing. Today's a fresh start. 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆'𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁: ✅ What I did 🚧 What got in my way 🤔 Where I feel stuck 💚 Where I feel good 🏆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 "I realised my pattern is to keep thinking about the outreach but trying to get 'all the other things' done first. So today I did the outreach as a priority." — MamaJ

Hi everyone. I'm feel like I'm still getting back into the swing of my work routine. And so have totally forgotten about the accountability here. I am going to start afresh next week (it's a new moon tomorrow after all 😊) and have also added the Power hours on Tuesday to my calendar

@MamaJ Hollows will do!
How to build a coaching business from your life story
You don't need a new business plan. You need to stop overlooking the genius you've been giving away for free your whole life. In this training I walked through the two kinds of business — one built by chasing gaps and trends, one grounded in your own lived experience — and why only the second one lasts. I show you what "genius" actually means (it's not what you think), how to find the thread that runs through every job and hardship you've ever had, and why your hardest chapters are qualifications, not backstory. If you've built a career, survived plenty, and are ready to stop starting again and start distilling — this one's for you. 𝗖𝘂𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 - 𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝗺𝗲 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂 👇🏼
