I was struggling with lower back pain for a while & it was starting to affect my daily life (grocery shopping, yikes! turning over in bed, ouch!). I would go to the chiropractor periodically and support that with PT & pilates but it would still creep back in. I tried so much so I thought it was a downward spiral of aging :/ Ilanas Method was pricey and I was doubtful it would be different BUT after 2 days, i was feeling better. 2 weeks, i have no pain. Grateful is an understatement. ty ty ty!!!!
