The Completion Engine / The End of Regret - First Post Complete!
Since we first previewed the book (The End of Regret) and the quiz at OCMS we've got amazing feedback. And we've listened and acted on practically every comment. Thankyou. What's amazing. 45% sign up rate. That's beating industry norms. And we are just getting started. See the stats on the page. Yesterday we pushed a new version of https://quiz.endregret.com/ Here's what we added/fixed: - Help text on the Quiz landing Page (via a slider). Also via and "i" in the header Answer Bar. - A new animated home page for The Completion Engine. - We're moving to rename from Quizzes to Compasses or rather Quiz to Compass - We animated the Affirmation Cards in the quiz results. People didn't know they were clickable. - We changed the question in NPS feedback to be specific re "the quiz" experience. - We added the same fun animation to the quiz landing page to get you ready for the cubes! - Notice the Muncher is eating Books, Dreams, Projects, Courses. - We are very close to automating the release of random chapters - We added a wait list option The process goes like this (all part of The Completion Engine) - 1. Wait List - 2. Compass Quiz - 3. Get your PDF (results) - 4. Take the Book Research - 5. Get a chapter - 6. Give us Feedback - 7. Get a Token for the whole book - 8. Invite people to rise up the wait list (will be visible and dynamic) We're hyped about "Quests". Think "Advent Calendars", but like puppies these bad boys are not just for Xmas! We are democratizing the Advent Calendar. See the images. So much more in the works. We have our first Coffee Chat in the Calendar. 29th 9am EST. Not much notice. And there is no perfect time. Just needed to hit "Send" I'm in Asia (Bali) , Rosie is in NYC/ NJ - We will be doing this regularly once we find our rhythm. Don't miss the fun. I've got two wild things the share on the call not mentioned here. So cool to finally be live on Skool after so much exploring, watching. I've recommend it to 10 people this week.

@Rosie Battista I sat down yesterday to work on my project and just hit a wall. But I have learned to be patient, because unseen things are in the process. This was the piece I needed to break down the wall.

@Gillian Binet the lesson of patience was learned through much kicking and screaming and resistance until I came across some key influences and just got older with more experience. I never thought I would be doing what I'm doing, let alone be in the positions I am. Life is an adventure for sure.
How to let your creativity flow
In this video, we're pulling back the curtain on HOW we're building End of Regret—and the one principle that's kept us from settling. THE CURIOUS DOORS PRINCIPLE: Step through one door. Then be willing to step through the next. And the next. And the next. Without frustration. Without ego. Without clinging to the first version. Here's what happened when we stayed curious: Started with no book → became a manifesto → became a book → became 4 books Created 9 villains → changed their names multiple times → rewrote their entire backstories Designed images → redesigned → redesigned again Every single time we thought "this is it" → found another door THE DOUBLE HELL YEAH RULE: We don't move forward unless we BOTH absolutely love it. Not "it's fine" or "good enough"—a genuine HELL YEAH from both of us. WHAT ABOUT YOU... and your own project right now: Are you hanging on to the first version? Have you settled for "good enough" instead of "hell yeah"? What door maybe waiting for you? Share with us: What's one thing you need to let go of to find your "hell yeah"?

omg, yes. I think "this is good" and then I spot another door. It gets better and better. Sometimes the door is for a future time, a spin off, a next project and I make clear note of it. Most of the time, it is a refining door. This also creates momentum and motivation to see what else am I going to discover. Thank you for your influence. It is greater than you know.

@Rosie Battista I'd love that. BTW you have been more of an influence that you will ever know. Not just in the classes you have offered, but in everything. I feel like a 2 yr. old mimicking everything and learning.
INTRODUCING THE DAILY SHIP
We're doing something a little crazy... Starting today, Nick and I are meeting for 5 minutes every day - 13 time zones apart (me with my morning coffee in New Jersey, him heading to dinner in Bali) - to share what we're building, what we're learning, and how we're helping END REGRET. Here's the deal: - 5 minutes a day - Real conversations, unfiltered - Building in public as we go - No polished perfection - just progress - Why? Because 9 out of 10 people abandon their dreams. We're showing you how to be the 1 who finishes. Today's episode is live. Watch it, then tell us: - What's the ONE thing you want to complete? - What's stopping you from finishing it? - Drop your answers below. We'll address them in tomorrow's Daily Ship. Let's turn ideas into reality - together.

I love this! I learn so much better through observation. Thank you for letting us in. Top on my list is my book. It's the final little things that need to get done. lot's of little things. The main body is complete. The block is just time and patience.
TAKE THE QUIZ: Find your archetype and compass path
We love hearing which of the 5 archetypes you were matched with and how the pattern shows up in your work and life. At different times, you can find yourself showing up differently as you witness yourself and your projects "unfinished", "self-doubting", "depleted", "unsatisfied", "playing safe". LET'S SHARE: WHAT'S YOUR ARCHETYPE and HOW DOES IT SHOW UP? TAKE THE QUIZ HERE: https://quiz.endregret.com/quiz

I took the quiz and wow. Lone Wolf. Everything was spot on. It's exactly the same as what I identified with my Work Before The Work system (and card deck on deckible) and so I took the challenge to name my army, and tell one of them what I am working on. I also shared the quiz with a few select people and will drop in this info to my news letter. Brilliant.

@Rosie Battista as an artist, I have had so many people make negative comments about my work in progress, that I soon learned to hide. I have been getting bolder about sharing before the end. I'm looking forward to the compass.
What project have you been wanting to complete but haven't?
We'll be sharing concepts from the book - THE END OF REGRET - in the form of what we call atomic content (small but mighty pieces that you can apply and practice). Stay tuned... in the mean time, we'd love to hear from you. Let's share projects you have been wanting to complete but have haven't.

My big incomplete project is cleaning and organizing my office. Deadline for myself is Feb 17. Been working on this for 5 months and it hasn't changed much. I also feel an urgency to finish my book, so that takes up creative time.
