Can we talk about what we’re tired of? I’ll go first. I’m tired of the carrot constantly being dangled in front of us. Every time we think we’ve found our direction, something new comes along promising to be easier, faster, or more profitable. We get pulled toward it because we’re trying to grow. It’s called shiny object syndrome, and it will have you jumping from one thing to the next instead of sticking with what you originally wanted to build. Sometimes the original idea wasn’t wrong. We just didn’t know how to make it work yet. This week, I’m going to ask more questions because I want us to have some real conversations.
