Manifestation Challenge Day 10 - Raising Your Vibration
Today is about the foundational concepts of raising your vibe. What are your takeaways and what are other things that raise your vibe that I didn't mention!? For me - Water, baths, showers, walks in the rain Clean candles and burning sage Having tons of plants around ( I kind of mentioned that) Opening the windows Fire Doing my hair and putting make up on Drinking water and coffee out of my favorite cups Making food look pretty no matter how boring it is The Holistic Detox is all about this!! There's a video in the classroom on the Holistic Detox I would highly recommend if you're interested in this topic!!

The belief I need to know more and more is one of my biggest limiting beliefs. Funny how action is my theme for 2025 which I chose back in November, has been coming up for me in books, podcasts, this platform! "The phase of application" came through in a book I was reading loud and clear the other day and the day before that! lol! Also, experiences was another theme for me which also came up in my reading and listening. Action= Application= Experiences! 🔥

I feel the warmth of the sun shining through the windows it is bright and beautiful with plants all around sweet floral scents arouse my senses as I see beautiful faces çoming in with laughter and sounds of invinting talk. The sound of hello warms the soul the welcoming embrace connects to spirit and the excitment of connecting feels whole and complete like a recharge of my soul✨️

this legit happend on Wednesday this week of this challenge! I was invited to lunch at a friends house I do not talk with much in the winter more over the summer months! What a beautiful surprise and her house is filled with plants, lunch was served in front of the window while the sun shined on us as we all were smiling, laughing, talking and enjoying a warm bowl of soup with a fresh mango smoothie that filled the senses with sweetness and the feel of a warm beach🌞
