Yes, I am under care ,physical therapy for 6 months its help, 85 % my system is doing well, I am supplementing for My Thyroid Actalin, this works well with my system, I drop weight sleeping better, my focus is also better, My vision has change for the better.

Hello, everyone. My name is Amarilys. I found this community while searching YouTube for ways to reset my body’s health through fasting. I am a disabled veteran so I already have certain conditions related to my military service such as bad knees and back, but recently I just found out I have a fatty liver, and within the past year I have gained more than 40 lbs. I am only in my 40s and I am in the worst shape of my life. I am committed to making changes necessary in order to feel more energy and less pain, but most importantly to be here for my family
