I joined 1212 in 2020 and regret not joining sooner. I have grown spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically in more ways than I can count, and I keep growing.  Alycia’s willingness to share lessons from her personal life experiences and the monthly journaling have helped me recognize and address default settings in my life that had held me back for decades, inspiring me to continue my own journey.
