To every person who has ever had to grieve in silence, cry in the car or every woman that has to put on lashes through the tears, and still show up for everyone else, this is for you.And to The Holy Spirit, for carrying me when my own legs gave out. This book is a survival manual I never intended to write. I thought I was living on solid ground. My business was thriving, my family was intact, and I was steady, or so I believed. Then the cracks started: first with the loss of my sister, then my husband, my father, and the unraveling of a business I had poured my soul into. It wasn't one loss, it was wave after wave. An avalanche. Book 1: The Avalanche , the burial, the suffocating weight, the truth of survival when everything collapses. Book 2: Healing with the Ones That Broke Me , the climb out, the breath after the burial, the tools, strategies, and truths I used to rebuild piece by piece. Book 3: Emotionally Immunized , the transformation, where the scars become strength and the pain becomes proof that I can withstand anything. If you are reading this while buried in your own avalanche, I want you to know: you are not alone. You don't have to be "strong" in the way the world tells you to be. Survival itself is strength. Breath itself is proof. Book 1 is about the burial. Book 2 is about the resurrection. And Book 3 is about the immunity you earn when you've survived the storm and turned survival into wisdom. For now, take this as a hand reaching out to you from beneath the snow. A reminder that even here, in the dark, breath is possible. And breath is enough.
