Assignment #1: The automation I built will help my business by saving me time so that I can accomplish tasks for my business and not feel utterly overwhelmed by the time it takes to complete it all. Assignment #2: My biggest challenge building this automation was using the correct prompts outlined in the video. I solved it by using the snip tool of the prompts in the video and asking ChatGPT to extract the text for me.

Assignment #1: The coolest thing I discovered comparing Perplexity and ChatGPT was that Perplexity actually gives you visuals to look at with its output. ChatGPT does not currently do this. Assignment #2: This real-time research approach will change my business by getting access to more up to date and real time information. This will help with all of the decision making that affects my business. Assignment #3: My best research strategy using both tools was being able to tweak the prompt for specific output on both platforms.

Assignment #1: My biggest AI surprise was the expected growth in the digital downloads market, the significant revenue opportunities, and the target customer profile. Assignment #2: This tool will help my business by allowing me to research the market more effectively than I have been. Assignment #3: The prompt tweak that worked best was: Not necessarily a prompt tweak but extending the conversation after the initial output to get more details and clarity.
