Bad mood in the morning brings disaster the entire day
I have observed that when you begin the day with a bad mood, your entire day becomes bad too. So, let's change chaos into harmony. One thing to start it good is to fix your bed when you wake up, fix your hair, and smile in front of the mirror.

Love this reminder! Small wins really do set the tone — making the bed gives that instant sense of accomplishment, and smiling at yourself (even a forced one) genuinely tricks the brain into a better mood. Adding this to my morning routine 🌤️
Day 6 — I put my phone down and picked my life back up 📵🌿
Hey Earth 2.0 fam, Six days in, and something genuinely shifted this week that I have to share. Yesterday I realized I hadn't opened a single short-video app — not once, all day. Not because I was forcing myself, but because I was actually busy living: played cards with my daughter, went hiking, sat down and actually read, cooked a real meal instead of scrolling through one on a screen. Small things. But it's the first time in a long time I felt fully in my day instead of watching it pass by through a feed. Between the morning meditation, the yoga, and just... showing up here consistently, something in my nervous system is starting to settle. I didn't expect six days to feel like this much of a shift. Now the holiday countdown is on — just a few days left before I'm back at work. And for the first time in a while, I'm not dreading it. I actually want to walk back in as a slightly different version of myself: more present, less reactive, someone who can actually enjoy the work and the people in it instead of just surviving the day. Anyone else feel that pull between wanting to hold onto this "reset self" and worrying old patterns will creep back in once real life picks back up? How do you protect what you've built here once you're back in the thick of it? Grateful for this space and for all of you. 🙏

@Brewtally Awesome l Admin --- Thank you so much for this — "one breath at a time" is exactly the reminder I needed to hold onto as the countdown continues. It really does help knowing this community is here, especially for the days when old habits might try to sneak back in. Grateful for you 🌿🙏

@Vivian Mckee welcome, and thank you for being so real about where you're at. 🙏 What stood out to me is how clearly you can already name what you want — waking up feeling alive, grateful, confident enough to start your business, living in the moment instead of fighting it. That clarity is huge, even before the "how." Excited to watch you move from dwelling to doing — you're in the right place for it. Sending you strength as you navigate this chapter 💛

@Daniel Klingemann --- Thank you so much, Daniel — that really means a lot, especially the part about being seen and heard. That's exactly what I've been needing to hear. Grateful to be walking this path alongside all of you. 🙏
Day 2 in Earth 2.0 — small wins add up
Hey everyone, Quick check-in from Day 2! My first post got a couple of comments and even a couple of likes, and honestly, that little bit of encouragement meant more than I expected — especially for someone who's spent a long time staying quiet instead of showing up. Since joining, I've started: 🧘‍♀️ A morning meditation practice — even just 10 minutes before the day pulls me away 🌊 Gentle yoga to start reconnecting with my body instead of just pushing through exhaustion 📚 Working through the Start Here classroom, one lesson at a time It's only been two days, but I'm already noticing something shift — less of that "running on empty by the time I get home" feeling, and a little more space to actually breathe. Grateful for this community and for the nudge to keep showing up, even in small ways. Onward. 🙏 What's one small practice that made a bigger difference than you expected when you were just starting out?
From Earth 1.0 burnout to showing up here — my first post 🌍
Hey Earth 2.0 family, I've been lurking for a bit, soaking in the posts, watching how many of you are living the ME WE BE model in real time — and today I'm finally stepping out of Earth 1.0 mode (silent, scrolling, staying "safe") and into 2.0 mode (visible, connected, contributing). A little about me: I'm a teacher, and by the time I get home each day I'm running on empty — completely drained. I'm also in the middle of a real fight with my screen time, trying to break a habit that's been creeping up on me. Growing up, I was often overlooked and made to feel like my voice didn't matter, and that's left me pretty timid as an adult — I still find it hard to speak up and share my own opinions, even here. What I'm craving right now is exactly what this space is built around — more Health, more Happiness, more Harmony. Not another protocol to add to an already full life, but a rhythm my nervous system can actually sustain. So here's my ask: if you've been in this community longer than me — 🌱 What's ONE small daily practice that's shifted your baseline the most? 🌱 And what's one thing you wish you'd done sooner as a newer member? Grateful to be here, even though putting this out loud isn't easy for me. Ready to build in public and grow alongside all of you. 🙏
