Ava is a commercial airline pilot. Damn, I didn't think this girl was even out of college yet. She is the daughter of @Julie Flaskamp who is also a repeat student of mine. It was so cool to have this mother daughter team yesterday. Ava is 90% finished with this and it is her VERY FIRST oil painting. Yup - you can do this!

I've been cleaning cleaning cleaning - getting ready for Saturday and Sunday with 2 SERIOUS IRL events. Saturday a class, Sunday a Meet the Artist Open House (WTF was I thinking). My house is spotless, my studio is almost spotless. The lawn is mowed. Tomorrow I cook. I am almost ready. Maybe I will throw a cameral on at some point and share some IRL stuff with you guys over the weekend. Sound boring? LMAO
