It was harder and slower than usually cause of the frost, was scared to slip so had to be careful and the air was cold 🥶 so it was harder to breathe as well 🏃‍♀️

@Boston Freestone I like to do my cardio 3x a week. Usually do two short 5k runs and than one longer run 10k. Just go by how I feel

@Boston Freestone very consistent, at least 2-3x a week doing 5k. I like running, my goal Is to improve my pace as well

@Boston Freestone probably some carbs and good fat, but I barely ate this one. Don’t know why but wasn’t hungry , felt full. Maybe cause I was just tired 🤷‍♀️
