When you start an online coaching business you often don’t think about everything that goes into it, so let’s break it down a little bit, and figure out what you specifically need to focus on to move forward! 💜Mindset: Without an empowering mindset you’re stuck with limiting beliefs… procrastination, imposter syndrome, fear (of failure, or success, of putting yourself out there, etc), confidence, perfectionism, and so much more! This is the first thing you need to tackle! Any and all limiting beliefs need to be rewired and changed to empowering beliefs. 💜Niche: what is your niche? does it get your client to a tangible threshold? What are you an expert in? Are you zeroed in on your niche so you are a specialist in your field? Have you done market research to ensure it’s a profitable market? 💜Ideal clients: Who are they? Where are they? How well do you know them? What changes do they want that you can provide? 💜Leads: What kind of leads are you looking for? Where do you find them? Cold vs. Warm vs. Hot, how do you get them from cold to hot? Are you tracking them? 💜Creating an Offer: What is your offer, how much will you price it? What is the duration? Will it be 1:1, group, a community, or a course they do themselves? 💜Sales: Running ads? Sales pages, selling in stories? Sales calls? How will you sell? Just remember you just need 1 step at a time!
