Tips and tricks
Whats everyone's go to goalkeeper aids? A big one im seeing at the minute is glove glue. My young keepers are obsessed with it

High catch drills
Ive got a young goalkeeper who really struggles to get off the ground for high catches. Anyone got any drills or advice? Will this just sort itself out with time as they develop physically?

Yeah, hes 12/13. We try to do a lot of jump over ropes then drive with him. He's just ploughing through it or only getting one leg over before making the dive. We'll keep going but progress is very slow

Advice
Has anyone tried the J4K kicking aid? If so how are you finding it helps with the goalkeepers you coach? Looking at buying a few to bring into my sessions.

Yeah I keep looking at them, I feel like they'd be really good to introduce them into my sessions. Just wondering if anyone had used them and what their thoughts were
