⚔️ Monday Mindset
It’s Monday, the start of a brand new week. Too many people dread this day, but here’s the truth: Monday sets the pace for everything that follows. When I was competing as a Gladiator, Mondays weren’t “slow starts”, they were the foundation. Training, discipline, and mindset began the second the week kicked off. If I wasted it, I fell behind. 💡 Here’s your challenge today: - Do one thing that gets your body moving. Even 20 push-ups or a walk. - Do one thing for your mind. Write down a goal for this week. - Do one thing for your soul. Message someone with encouragement. 100 burpees this morning, sauna then arcade with the kids after work, keep me busy and my mind off the demon drink.

am trying to do an early morning workout, then a lighter one in the evening. Does anyone else suffer from a lack of will power as the day goes on? Wake up full of promise and the day chips away at me, makes it harder to resist the tempations.........harder isn't impossible though.
Too many people wait for January 1st to change their life.
They think the calendar turning over will give them the discipline they couldn’t build all year. But here’s the truth → if you can’t control yourself now, winter, cold, dark mornings… you won’t magically do it when the fireworks go off. Discipline is built in the shadows. When it’s freezing outside. When your bed feels too warm. When no one’s watching. Not had time off drinking in a long time today will be first day, training this morning eating well and relaxing, start the week off feeling clear headed and push on from there

Gym then a nice dinner, looking forward to it. Got some ginger ales in too as a treat/substitute for alcohol
