@Serena Charlotte I understand why you’d ask that Serena a lot of people feel the same way when starting out. What helped me personally wasn’t just looking for free help, but finding the right kind of guidance that actually showed me what to do step by step. It saved me a lot of time and confusion. You don’t have to rush into anything though just focus on learning and understanding how things work first. When you get the right direction, everything starts to feel much clearer

@Serena Charlotte I was in that same position when I started so I get it. What made the biggest difference for me was learning from someone experienced who guided me step by step it saved me a lot of trial and error. If you’d like I can share what helped me and point you in the right direction no pressure at all.
Beginner Realization
One thing I’ve been noticing in the dropshipping space… Many people start with a lot of excitement, build a store add a product run a few things and when results don’t come quickly it becomes confusing. I’ve learned that most of the time it’s not just about the product.Sometimes it’s the way the store is structured, how the product is presented, or simply not having the right guidance in the beginning. Once I started understanding how everything connects product store trust and customer perspective things began to make a lot more sense. For those who are just starting or still figuring things out, what has been the most challenging part for you so far?

@Serena Charlotte Exactly Serena that’s something many people don’t realize at the beginning. When the store is structured the right way, it becomes much easier for customers to trust what they’re seeing and actually take action. I noticed once I understood that part better everything started to feel less confusing. Are you currently working on improving your store structure or still setting things up?

@Serena Charlotte Yeah Serena I’d be happy to share a few things that helped me when I was setting up my store too. If you’re comfortable we could also connect on WhatsApp it’s usually easier to chat there and exchange ideas.
New to Shopify Dropshipping
Hey everyone, I’m new to dropshipping and just starting my first store on Shopify. Currently learning product research, store setup, and how to find products that actually solve problems not just trends. Here to learn, grow, and connect with others on the same journey. Any beginner tips are welcome

@Serena Charlotte Serena that stage is very normal when starting out, so don’t feel like you’re doing something wrong. Most beginners think it’s only about finding a product, but store design, trust elements and how the product is presented also play a big role in getting results. When I started learning, I realized a store needs to feel simple, trustworthy and focused on solving the customer’s problem not just listing a product

@Serena Charlotte When I started I also thought my issue was just the product, but later realized the store structure and product page trust elements make a big difference too. What helped me was getting some guidance on how to structure the store properly and how to choose products that actually solve a real problem. Once I understood that things started making much more sense. Don’t worry you’re on the right path already by asking questions. What part of your store setup feels most confusing right now?
Question

@Colin Rich @Colin Rich Love that you’re already thinking ahead at 13—that mindset matters more than experience. Paper trading 3k shows you’re disciplined and curious which is huge. Dropshipping can work the same way if you treat it like a skill, not a gamble. What kind of products or problems are you most interested in learning about right now? Happy to share what I’ve seen work and grow together.

@Colin Rich That’s big honestly paper trading like that shows you think in systems not hype. I was in that same ideas phase a few months ago jumping between models. What helped me most was narrowing to one clear path and learning it properly with someone experienced that’s when results actually started showing up. If you ever want I can point you to what helped me get started the right way. No rush though curious what you’re leaning toward first.
