Something that’s been really helpful as I build my community…
Okay this might sound simple, but it’s been really powerful for me. Instead of just giving my members prompt lists… I started creating custom GPTs trained on specific pain points. Not one giant “ask me anything” bot. But focused ones like: • A lead magnet brainstorming assistant • An email copy refinement assistant • A positioning clarity assistant • A content-to-inquiry connector Each one trained on my framework, my way of thinking, and how I coach. And here’s why this feels different than just sharing prompts: It reinforces the method. It keeps members thinking within structure. It helps them implement faster — especially between calls. And honestly… it’s helped me clarify my own thinking too. Because to train it well, I had to define: “What do I actually believe about this?” “What patterns do I see over and over?” “What would I normally say in this situation?” If you run a community, this could be such an easy layer to add. You don’t need to build something massive. Just pick one recurring struggle your members have and build a focused assistant around it. I’m curious — if you were to build one, what would it help with?

“What ACTUALLY happens in the About Page review?” So let me walk you through it. :) When you upgrade to Premium… - You send me your About Page. - And I record a private 5–10 min Loom breaking it down against the 7 winning sections from my analysis of tons of Skool Games' winners. Here’s EXACTLY what I’m looking at: ✅ 1) Your Transformation Statement This is the first line people read... Does it clearly say: WHO it’s for+WHAT changes for them? Or is it clever… but confusing? If someone can’t answer “Is this for me?” in 5 seconds — they leave. I’ll help you tighten it. ✅ 2) Authority & Trust Anchor Do you establish credibility fast? Or are you burying proof… or rambling into backstory? This section should make people feel safe to join. I’ll show you how to sharpen it. ✅ 3) WHO This Is For (and NOT For) Most pages are too inclusive. Winning pages filter out the WRONG members (and only bring in the RIGHT members!!). If you’re trying to attract everyone, you convert no one. I’ll show you where to get MORE specific. ✅ 4) What You Get (Benefit-Led) Are you listing features… Or are you tying everything to outcomes? If your bullets don’t clearly show people WHY they should even care about that cool feature... they don’t convert. ✅ 5) Proof Does success feel normal inside your community? Even if you're just getting started, you can use proof to strengthen your conversions. :) ✅ 6) Friction Removers Free trial? Cancel anytime? Clear next step? If joining feels risky or unclear — people hesitate... and that can cost you members (and $!) ✅ 7) Skool-Native CTA Are you actually telling people what to do next? Or just hoping they figure it out? Being CLEAR helps people take the NEXT step + join! By the end of the Loom, you’ll know: - Exactly which section is weak. - Exactly what’s missing.Exactly what to rewrite. - Actual edits.
