Half Marathon Programme - Feedback?
This July (or maybe the far end of June, first possible start date June 29), I will be launching my Half Marathon Programme. I've had a lot of people reach out about coaching, but their budgets often don't allow for full 1-on-1 coaching. Yet they're sick of their apps (getting injured, not understanding why they plateau, not enough accountability) and they want something a bit more personal and a coach. This programme is meant to solve that and sit in the sweet spot in between. I've launched the waitlist and already have quite a few sign-ups, but I'm sure there are things on this page that can be further improved. When I started coaching I actually started with a hybrid approach like this and it works brilliantly. A lot of my athletes still do very well from this and some of my athletes best results are from it. If you're 50/50 on this I'd recommend you guys go from it, Carloine is very knowledgable! PS - never download an AI app when there are options are like this!!!

⚠️ A mistake you made that others can learn from
Taking part in Caroline’s challenge. Think the biggest lesson I’ve learned in running has to be about intensity and volume. Volume is what makes the biggest difference in performance for most runners, and it’s often limited because you’re going too hard in training. Either from hard tempo runs (which aren’t really tempo runs), too many intervals, or just running all runs too fast. Control the intensity, trust the volume
