Why Your Habits Keep Breaking Down
Most business owners build their habits around their best days. That is the problem. When energy drops, when a deal falls through, when the week goes sideways, the whole system collapses. Not because they lack discipline. Because the system was never designed to survive real life. The fix is simple, but most people skip it. Build two versions of every habit. A baseline. The minimum you will do no matter what. Not what you are proud of, the floor. The version that keeps the chain unbroken on the day everything else is on fire. A stretch. What you do when conditions are good and you have the energy to go further. Most days will sit somewhere between the two. That is exactly the point. Your baseline is not failure. It is the decision, made in advance, that you will never go to zero. And zero is the only thing that kills momentum. The business owners in this community who are making real progress are not the ones doing everything perfectly. They are the ones who never fully stop. Question for the room: What is a habit you are struggling to do consistently? Drop it in the comments and I will help you build a baseline version that holds up on the bad days too.

I fell victim to this because I would create habits around my ideal day and then when my energy dropped I couldn't do it
Travel
Vincent and I are travelling today, and it got me thinking. A lot of people get into business so they can have this freedom. But when it actually happens, the reality often hits differently. Managing a business on the road is a skill most people are not prepared for. So I want to hear from you: What challenges have you faced when trying to run your business while travelling? And which ones have you managed to crack, and how? Drop your answers below. This could be a genuinely useful thread for the whole community.

@Cerise Prince Absolutely, they are very useful, we have used ringover in businesses which also has an ai service to handle frequent questions. In the management company it was able to handle basic guest relations meaning 1 member of staff could man the phone and handle all of the calls since the ai took care of all the basic repeatable ones. I have also used Zooms version, and there was 1 other company I used as well but I can't remember the name off the top of my head.

@Wahid Ensaf It's amazing how effective a calendar is yet being so simple, and so many people don't utilise it. I even have ai checking my calendar for me and organising tasks on it
Introductions
I haven't seen many introductions yet, and this community was built for you to connect, grow, and do business together. So let's fix that. Drop an introduction below. Tell us who you are, what you do, and what you're looking to build. The more you put in, the more you get out. More great people are coming. Make sure they know who you are when they arrive.

Community Guidelines
This community is for serious entrepreneurs building real businesses. The goal is to create an environment where people can collaborate, learn, and grow together. We value action, contribution, and high-quality conversations. Please follow these guidelines to help maintain the quality of the community. 1. No pitching, selling, or self-promotion There is no selling in this room. Not because we are against commercial thinking, the opposite is true. It is because the people here are thinking bigger than a single sale. One deal with the right person in this room can generate more value than a hundred cold pitches ever would. Focus on the relationship. The opportunity follows. 2. Focus on deals, not sales Look for the overlap. Every conversation is a chance to find a collaboration, a partnership, or a deal that creates value for both sides. That long-term thinking is what separates the business owners in this room from everyone else. 3. Be in business This community is designed for people who are actively building or running a business. If you are not taking action or are here purely to consume without contributing, this is not the right environment. 4. Respect people's time Ask thoughtful questions and provide context. Every person in this community is running a business. Treat their attention accordingly. 5. Ask better questions When asking for advice, explain your situation clearly. Share what you have already tried, what results you have seen, and where you are stuck. Better questions get better answers. 6. Share wins and lessons If you implement something and it works, share it. If it does not, share that too. Wins, failures, and lessons raise the level of the room for everyone. The more you contribute, the more value you’ll get from this community. Let’s build something valuable together.
