@The Mutual Man I agree, there are some hacks you can employ though if distance and time are not on your side. Wearing weights will massively increase your caloric burn over the same distance. Ergo you could do 5k steps but carry half your body weight and achieve the same or better results than unburdened.
Keeping accountable, investing in myself, utilising metacognition a LOT to employ healthy mindset shifts. Eating cleaner, exercising as regularly as possible to ensure consistency, it’s a long road but being 1% better each day helps ti condition the healthy habits sought after. 💪
@The Mutual Man I literally just switched to zero cal syrup for coffee, it took a few days to get used to it, but the taste isn’t as bad as I expected it to be. Can live with it for the cause, the key here is to anchor a negative emotion to the consumption of it excess to what is already present in your diet
