Hey everyone! I joined the group b/c my hubby and I will be shooting towards a goal of investing in real estate hopefully starting in 2026. We own and operate a bookkeeping business so we have a decent understanding of how to organize the financial side of the business, but I'd like to gain a broader, deeper understanding of optimal tax strategy and what that looks like in the REI world.
