Have you ever experienced wanting someone to text you back and the more you wanted it the more you could feel you were blocking it? And the MOMENT you let go and are not attached… you get the text? When you think of someone you send them energy… And when you bring the energy back into YOU your magnetism comes back There was an amazing moment at the recent London live event where a woman came on stage who was in a 9 year relationship of back and forth anxious avoidant attachment style drama I worked with her on stage and taught her how to let of him energetically She had a huge breakthrough Check out the video here and watch her let go on stage and watch the next day what happened with the guy she was in a 9 year off and on again relationship! https://youtu.be/dEZH-VXNJ6g By the end of the first day she felt more free and you could feel the shift she went through and see it in her face The next day I heard through the grapevine that right after her breakthrough he texted her and wouldn’t stop getting ahold of her He texted “I miss us” From radio silence to that… And when she held her ground and didn't take the bait… he kept trying I brought her on stage that day to share what happened This was very unusual she said he normally never reached out like that The real question I had for her was… Did you get sucked back in? A Practice That’s Quietly Changed My Life
I want to share something that has helped me through so many messy moments in my life. It’s simple, gentle, and honestly one of the things I come back to again and again. It’s the Hawaiian practice of Ho’oponopono. If you’ve never heard of it, don’t worry. It’s basically a way of supporting yourself when something stressful, painful, or frustrating shows up. And it’s not about fixing other people. It’s about taking care of you. 💛 Here’s the heart of it Instead of trying to control every situation or change how someone else behaves, you turn inward and ask: What part of me needs support right now? That’s it. You’re not blaming yourself. You’re not blaming anyone else. You’re simply taking responsibility for your own emotional world. The practice uses four simple phrases: I love you I’m sorry Please forgive me Thank you And you say them to yourself. Not to the person who upset you. Not to the situation. Just to you. 🌟 Why I Use It Whenever something hits a nerve, a stressful moment, someone acting in a way that hurts, or even global events that feel heavy, I use Ho’oponopono to soften what’s happening inside me. It stops me getting stuck in anger, resentment, helplessness, or that tight emotional loop that’s so hard to climb out of. It gives me a way back to myself. And over time, it changes how I respond. Things that used to trigger me don’t hit in the same way. Old patterns loosen. My body settles faster. It’s such a small practice, but the impact feels huge. 💫 If you want to try it Start with something simple. A mild annoyance. A small moment of tension. Put a hand on your chest, think of the situation, and say: I love you I’m sorry Please forgive me Thank you Slowly and gently. With kindness toward yourself. Notice if your breath softens.
