Coloring book babes!! How is your publishing going?? I like to keep it real around here, so I'm sharing my actual results below! 5 Books published 15 Sales so far **I did run a 30-day ad campaign on Sweater Weather (my 1st book) which brought in 10 of those sales. Even with 15 total sales across all books, I still lost money. However, it is interesting that since the 1st ad ended, Sweater Weather is still making sales! 📣Disclaimer!!! I had no idea what I was doing with this 1st ad!! I have since done more research and made some changes to the ad running now for Happy Halloweenie and I'll report back on that next month 🤗 So tell me... how is your publishing going? What do you need help with? Have you set up your Author Central profile? Are you using A+ content? How are you marketing your books? I shared a few marketing images below that I created with the prompts from the Book Marketing Tool... it creates 50 prompts at a time, you choose which platforms (Pinterest, IG, TT, etc) you want for the prompts. You can also save multiple books and just switch between them when you need new prompts. Such a time saver!!

🌺Hibiscus is my favorite flower🌺 So when I walked outside yesterday and saw three new blooms wide open after a storm, I just stood there. Getting slowly rained on. Like an idiot. 😂 I couldn't help it. They were gorgeous. And then I started thinking about them. Because that's what I do 🤪 These flowers didn't wait for perfect conditions. They didn't hold back until the sun came out and the weather cooperated and everything felt right. They just... opened. After a heavy rain and while it was still sprinkling. I needed that reminder. Because I've been in a hard season. And maybe you have too. The kind where progress feels slow and doubt creeps in louder than usual and you wonder if you're doing the right thing. But those three blooms told me something. The rain isn't the problem. The rain is part of it. Flowers don't bloom despite the rain, they bloom because of it. The hard seasons, the heavy stretches, the "why is this so slow" moments... they're not signs you're failing. They're the conditions that make the bloom possible. You're not stuck. You're growing. You're not behind. You're in the rain. The hard seasons don't always look like a downpour. Sometimes they're quieter than that. A slow stretch. A gray week. A moment where nothing feels like it's moving. That still counts. That's still the rain doing its work.
