I've just came out of the Facilitators Led Journey with Shell and Lillian. And I was struck dum, I couldn't say anything! I had to write it in the chat. I said it was the best hit I had ever experienced. Referring, of course to illegal drugs, it took me a while to "wake up" I was so deep somewhere, I can hardly express this in words. It certainly was beautiful 😍 I'm looking forward to a great sleep tonight, it has been so hot here and this has disturbed my sleep. Anyway, I feel amazing and there isn't any drag that you feel with any substance. I never knew there was such a powerful drug inside me, all along. So thank you so much for the experience. This breathwork is getting serious now and it doesn't matter, as it's all inside of me. It's been waiting for so long to come out.
