1. U.S. Treasury Bill Pay - This document is for addressing any bill no matter what. So just fill it out, with the creditor. (Tax, Child Support, Judgments, etc) 2. Notice to the Creditor - Used to send the creditor notification that of your U.S. Treasury Bill Pay. Make sure to include a copy of your (U.S Treasury Bill pay document with this notice so that they can see with their eyes. 3. Make sure that “Accepted For Value” verbiage is either stamped or written directly on your “Bill/Debt instrument” so that you official demand the settlement in Lawful Money. 4. I have one question, on Both Documents there is a place to put the “registered mail” number on the form, so I am I supposed to pay for the registered mail first , then fill it in at the post office, then seal the envelope? Asking for clarification, thanks
