I always have more deals than I can handle. I'm not that smart though. I just test stuff. Like a crazy man. I've gotta deal getter email I use for acquisitions. It's taken me YEARS to get an outreach email that works on STRANGERS... so consistently. (Check out the pic inside.) I don't wanna just "give it away" for free, because then nobody would use it. This email gets more deals than I can shake a stick at. Recently... I gave it to someone. What happened? They acquired a Skool community with 1800 members. They didn't even send much more than 100 emails. Now... Even though I don't want to "give it away"... I don't want it to be crazy expensive. So, I had an idea 💡 in the shower🚿. (Why do I get all my great ideas in the bathroom? 🚽 ) Why don't I have an auction? Bids will start at a penny. AND... Bids can only go UP by a penny. This way... We can ALL have fun... 57 year old legacy 3 generation family owned business. Just got wind that the owners are retiring at the end of the month March 2026. Looks like they do scrap, clearance and recycling. Don't know if they want to sell, if it is sellable or they have already sold the land. Just heard the news and passing the info on obviously time is of the essence I am not deal scouting this, I don't know the owners.
