Would you bid a 💥PENNY💥 for my DEAL GETTER EMAIL?
I always have more deals than I can handle. I'm not that smart though. I just test stuff. Like a crazy man. I've gotta deal getter email I use for acquisitions. It's taken me YEARS to get an outreach email that works on STRANGERS... so consistently. (Check out the pic inside.) I don't wanna just "give it away" for free, because then nobody would use it. This email gets more deals than I can shake a stick at. Recently... I gave it to someone. What happened? They acquired a Skool community with 1800 members. They didn't even send much more than 100 emails. Now... Even though I don't want to "give it away"... I don't want it to be crazy expensive. So, I had an idea 💡 in the shower🚿. (Why do I get all my great ideas in the bathroom? 🚽 ) Why don't I have an auction? Bids will start at a penny. AND... Bids can only go UP by a penny. This way... We can ALL have fun... Bids won't go to the moon... And MAYBE? I'll win some brownie points with you? Whatya think? Dumb idea? or would you bid a penny? Lemme know below please. Here's what to do: If you'd bid... Put PENNY in the comments 👇 If it's a lame idea... Put DUMB in the comments👇 If I get enough PENNY comments... We'll get her done! I want a LOT of PENNY comments! I WILL NOT DO IT if there's only a handful of folks into it. Cuz... It has taken me over 5 years to get a cold outreach email that gets 8 out of 10 people to open and so many responders open to selling. (You can see in the pic that I am still split testing.) Rooting For Ya, Travis PS I've never done a PENNY auction before, what could go wrong? 🤣 If it sells for 17 cents, SO BE IT! PPS I'd love everyone's input please!

UK Scrap Yard & Recovery - UK Midlands Owner Retires This Month
57 year old legacy 3 generation family owned business. Just got wind that the owners are retiring at the end of the month March 2026. Looks like they do scrap, clearance and recycling. Don't know if they want to sell, if it is sellable or they have already sold the land. Just heard the news and passing the info on obviously time is of the essence I am not deal scouting this, I don't know the owners. But thought if this is in anyone's deal box, it may be worth looking into. Seaton Salvage and Recycling Centre Let me know if you want me to post any other unqualified deals I may come across.

"Howdy" from the dorky new owner...
Hi! I love my Arkansas BBQ! My wife snapped that pic after I went medieval on some BBQ ribs. It’s one of her favorite pics of me. Take it with a grain of salt because she is my #1 fan (and I’m not very photogenic). I guess… If I were doing this intro by the book, I would tell you about my past achievements and try my darndest to make a good first impression. But… I’m not a dude who follows the “book.” So… I thought I’d start by being real… “Hi, my name is Travis Sago. I live in a small town in Arkansas, and I ride the dork bus.” If it’s okay with you… Over the next few days or so… I’d like to swing by (in my big dork bus) and get to know you a bit. FIRST: I like TV! I know. I’ll never be successful because I’ve watched the whole series of Breaking Bad like FOUR TIMES! (It’s my favorite TV show of all time.) Jeannie, my wife of nearly 30 years, and I have rewatched LOST at least 3 times! And now… We just finished Scandal and we're feasting on Designated Survivor. Now… Because I like TV… I’ve had to figure out ways to be “semi-successful” and make money WHILE I am watching Kate, Jack and Hurley run for their lives with the Smoke Monster right on their butts… …or Jesse and Walter White cooking up a batch of crystal blue for Gus. …or the Sons battling the Mayans in Charming. I mean… It is kinda fun to yell at my wife, “I just made a $5,000 sale!” from a biz I acquired while catching up on Yellowstone. She is always impressed and I feel like I’m not SUCH a dork. But, I will share more on that another day. I’ve got more dork confessions to share with you soon, too. Right now… I’d like to find out about YOU? 👉First, what is your favorite TV show? 😆 👉👉Second, what type of businesses do you want to acquire? 👉👉👉BONUS: Are you open to acquiring micro businesses or tiny acquisitions where it doesn't take hardly any money? or no money? Purty please comment below! I look forward to getting to know you! Rooting For Ya, Travis PS If you don’t have time to answer all 3 questions, it’s cool. Please don’t leave me hanging on what your favorite TV show is though! 😆😆😆

5 people said they're not open to selling. But... 9 people said they ARE interested in selling. 👉On DAY ONE! There are 2 days of follow-up to go. Would you like me to share the email I send over a beer? Over a virtual Happy Hour? It NEVER FAILS to open conversations with people willing to sell their business. I shared this with a young investor in Brazil and he just landed a business for $800 down, with 2300 members with BUYERS. Would you like the 3-day sequence? Sound off 👇

That is some pretty tasty conversion metrics. Can't commit to a specific date or time (still in the day to day ops of the existing business and on London time) however if I am around, I will pop in, sounds good.

Intro and opportunities
Hello everyone I am business development and valuation strategist with over 20 years of experience working with major banks, Fannie Mae, FHA, and USDA. My background in valuation, systems, and growth strategy has given me a unique perspective on identifying hidden value and structuring businesses for scale, stability, and long-term profitability. Today, I lead an acquisitions and growth collective focused on identifying, acquiring, and scaling undervalued or underperforming businesses through strategic partnerships. Our team blends operational experience, financial creativity, and a shared vision to turn overlooked opportunities into thriving, profitable ventures. Opportunities for Partners We offer multiple ways to collaborate and participate in growth: - Short-Term Capital Partners: Collaborate on project-based initiatives or transitional growth opportunities that accelerate business turnaround and expansion. - Syndication Partners: Participate in collaborative acquisitions, rollups, or growth funds designed to create value through shared ownership and scale. - Operating Partners: Lead or manage acquired ventures and growth initiatives with performance-based incentives and long-term partnership potential. - Whether you bring capital, operational experience, or strategic connections, our model aligns all stakeholders for shared growth, transparent collaboration, and mission-driven outcomes. Current Focus Right now, I’m focused on: - Strategic rollups in service-based and trades industries - Acquisition partnerships in marketing, media, and automation sectors - Building training-centered business models that blend profitability with real-world learning and stewardship impact - If you’re an operator, capital partner, or strategic collaborator interested in alignment, I’d love to connect and explore how we can work together on upcoming projects and acquisitions.
