Hey guys, how do I properly use a fragrance? Like how many sprays do I need and how do I apply it? When I use a fragrance I sometimes manage to make the whole class room smell like the fragrance or sometimes the smell disappears 30 mins after. I would like to avoid that, not too strong and not too weak. Any help?

Yo im not sure if anyone here has ever broken there arm but I got injured in football a few days ago and I will be in a cast for 4 weeks they said it’s a distus radius fracture (look it up if you want) anyone have any tips or advice considering I can’t workout upper body, play sport and do other things any help would be appreciated
