Gutted! My work have just slammed a meeting in my calendar for 13:00 - 14:00 😭 Going to miss the workshop today! This is why I need to do music full time! 🤦

👋 Hi, I’m Leo. My Artist name is Roast Beatz and I am a DJ, producer and label owner. I would describe my music as the intersection of Tech and Jackin' House with hip-hop influences. My biggest goal right now is stop my full time job as a senior Apple engineer, make music full time and get more high quality better paid gigs. Currently on the weekends I DJ for 4 hours in bars and clubs, where I'd rather be able to play for 1 or 2 hours in a packed festival tent or a club. I have a few festival gigs lined up, but would like more. It would be good to travel with music and DJ in different parts of the world. Currently I am trying to get my name bigger in the industry so I can re-direct sales back to my label and get some bigger and emerging artists releasing on my label. I want to get these 3 things from the community: 1.  Pointers, tips and ideas for being more successful on scocials and streaming platforms. 2.  Help out people if and when I can from my experiences. 3. Meet some like minded people who are facing my struggles with the music industry. For fun I like to do these 3 things: 1.  Keep fit and healthy in the gym and skateboard (when my old battered body lets me!) 2.  Hang with my partner, 13 year old son and my 2 dogs Papi (Chihuahua) and Naya (Staffy) 3. Travel and hang out in my camper van, perfect for festival fields ;)
