If you could fix just one variable this week, what would it be? - Sleep - Training consistency - Nutrition - Stress - Information overload 👇 Comment the ONE lever you’re pulling this week.
What’s one product, method, or trend that didn’t live up to the hype for you? And what DID exceed expectations? No judgment — real answers help everyone calibrate expectations.
KPV exceed my expectations. So did AOD (although it was delayed notice). I really wanted to enjoy DSIP. 1st night, average. 2nd amazing. 3rd, absolutely nothing. It became standard inconsistency. Also Reta. Just didn’t work for me
When something is working for you, what’s the first signal you notice? • Strength • Pump • Sleep • Appetite • Mood • Recovery Which one shows up first for you?
@Brian Duclos same for me! Others around notice the shift in mood before I did. Energy was slow and I was in denial lol - likely bc u felt so sluggish prior to starting this journey
@Brian Duclos you got this 💪🏽!! everyone here does as well! It’s the reason why we’re here and these communities help push us to be better. Best decision I made for my life and I don’t regret it! Oh and I totally agree on the calories lol
Forget hype timelines. What actually took longer once you got serious? Examples: - Fat loss - Recovery - Dialing in training - Figuring out what works for your body No judgment. Real timelines help everyone. 👇 Drop ONE thing that surprised you.
@Brian Duclos 🤔 I can only share my experience. So i read all the books, really dived into research. So much info on starting and protocols - which is great! I just wished someone had told me early on there’s no need to titrate up if it’s not necessary and to give my body time to really respond versus the every 4 wk increase. Once I reached max dose I didn’t know what to do. I heard so many stories on staying - as it could be Maintenace. As well as titrate down but for some reason, I just couldn’t grasp how to measure where I should be moving down. I couldn’t identify the change or where the sweet spot was for me.
Some people respond fast. Others barely notice anything. Do you consider yourself a strong responder, weak responder, or somewhere in the middle? What makes you think that? And does route of administration change your response?
Perhaps in the middle for me. While initially I thought I was a slow responder - I learned that my body has to adjust and progress can change week to week.
