A new challenge for me

What do you do to recharge?
The older I get the more I understand the importance of recharging breaking away from work/computer. Curious to hear what you do to recharge. My go to is hiking and spending time out in nature and away from the computer.

I'm 62 and always have such hangs. Then I go down under and start painting some landscapes or urban sketching.
