@Matthew Miller Ha, you got me! I was talking about a famous American actress, Winona Ryder. She inspired me to make the sentence above. Btw, I’m pretty sure you are not a misogynist!🤭

Hi, Coach Mat, Thanks for the pronunciation vid. It’s super useful!! I really wanna improve my pronunciation more meticulously. To me, it’s quite difficult to distinguish the “long a”and “short e” sounds. Like “name, ancient, Asian.” Could you make a vid about it and teach us the exact pronunciations?

I’ve always been struggling with food and my weight. Because I’ve studied nutrition and dietetics with my dietitian, I’m very aware of which foods are considered “good” or “bad” for the body. As a result, I used to consciously avoid so-called unhealthy foods, which made dieting a pretty miserable experience for me. Over time, I realized I needed to loosen up and allow myself to enjoy those “bad” foods. In fact, as the article suggests, different foods serve different purposes—some nourish the body, while others comfort the mind. As long as we don’t overindulge certain foods, it’s possible to find a healthy balance between nourishment and enjoyment, without guilt.

People in long distance relationships often dream of a way to teleport to one another, instead of relying on a teleconference or even telepathy across thousands of miles.
