Here's what we did: ✅Personal information cleaned up including the address of a collections ✅Confirmed all secondary bureaus still frozen to make follow up disputes more effective ✅Started factual dispute leveraging the law and illegal reporting of the data ✅Pointed out the address on the collection AINT EVEN ON HER CREDIT REPORT ✅Came back in with Metro 2 compliance demands clearly showing FCRA compliance violations ✅Took them same receipts to the CFPB to show "context" in the complaints against CRAs and creditor ✅Printed those complaints and uploaded them DIRECT to CRA portals ✅Refused to let up until we got what we wanted We really gone smiling all the way to the bank on this one.
