Good morning, I am coming to ya from NC. I am a full-time paramedic, and I have been in public service for 30 years. Last year i went through some mental health issues, compassion fatigue, and burnout. We then had a death by suicide. That is where my company and ideas started. My company is Upstream Initiative. I started with teaching mental health to new hires, then I tried to find a way to connect them to the Peer Support team. I was unable to find what I wanted, so I started building it. I now have a full mental wellness and health platform. It combines AI peer support with Human Peer support if the agency has it. It has tools built in so that providers can get help before they go into crisis. I am also in the planning and development process of 8-9 other apps. All the apps that I have developed or am developing are part of my real-life experiences. I have been learning on my own and coding with Claude Ai, and utilizing a board of directors, 3-4 different ai's. I utilize them as a tool to vet my ideas, and may come up with others.
