Easy Content Ideas
Step 1 - Chat Prompt "act like Tim Ferriss and interview me for a podcast and I an expert on (Your Transformation Statement) - and ask my questions and follow up questions" Step 2 - Answer the questions as content My example questions will be great content.... ------------------------------- This is chatgpt's response Perfect — let’s set this up like you’re the guest on *The Tim Ferriss Show*. I’ll channel Tim’s interview style: curious, exploratory, tactical, but also probing deeper into mindset and philosophy. Here’s how I’d guide the conversation with you as the **expert on membership growth and lifestyle businesses**. --- 🎙️ **Intro** “Welcome to another episode of *The Tim Ferriss Show*, where it’s my job to deconstruct world-class performers, business builders, and thinkers to extract the strategies, tools, and routines you can use. Today, I’m speaking with [Your Name], an expert in membership growth and lifestyle businesses who has helped scale online communities to thousands of paying members while still designing a business around freedom, fulfillment, and profitability.” --- ### Opening Background 1. **Can you tell us the story of how you first got into building membership businesses?** * Follow-up: Was there a specific *aha* moment where you realized this could become your main focus instead of a side hustle? 2. **What’s the biggest misconception people have about online memberships?** * Follow-up: How do you reframe that misconception for your clients or audience? --- ### Tactics & Strategies 3. **If you had to start a membership business from scratch today, with no audience, what are the first three moves you’d make?** * Follow-up: Can you walk me through how you’d get your first 100 paying members? 4. **You’ve seen what works and what doesn’t — what are the common mistakes entrepreneurs make when trying to grow a membership?** * Follow-up: Do you have an example of a client who was “stuck” and how you helped them unlock growth?

Are you sending a flash sale at the end of the month?
If you are following the 4-2-1 email system / you should be adding a flash sale to your list in the next couple days. Who’s doing it? What is your offer?

Google Ads for YouTube Growth — Yes or No?
After 2.5 years, I finally tested Google Ads for my channel. Here’s what I found: - 📈 Views: significant growth - 🎯 CTR: improved from 1.8% → 3.2% (happy with this result!) - ⏱ Retention: increased by +15% - 👥 Subscribers: 3x more compared to organic growth, but still MUCH lower than I expected and planned, kinda disappointed here (or am I being greedy?! 😀) - 💰 Cost per subscriber: honestly feels way too high Bottom line: I do see that YouTube’s algorithm is noticing me more and pushing my content further. However, I’m still not sure if it’s worth investing this much money. So, my question to you all: Have you tried Google Ads for your channel? What was your experience? I’d love to hear your thoughts!

We have tried ads a couple times and stopped. Personally - we keep things very simple for Sarahbethyoga and try to aquire leads for free with evergreen strategies - from organic and free giveaways / free challenges. those are pretty solid numbers - What matters is cost to aquire a customer and life time value. If that’s positive then if you can afford it it’s a good decision.
Added a 4-2-1 Email Marketing Reminders
