I have another theory... I think most adults are walking around carrying a backpack they forgot they were wearing. 🎒 Inside it is: 🪨 Guilt 🪨 Other people's expectations 🪨 Things they should have said 🪨 Mistakes from ten years ago 🪨 The need to prove themselves 🪨 Fear of disappointing people 🪨 "I'm not enough."
