@Jesus Deleon tbh I’ve mainly been doing cardio and lots of fullbody workouts and core workouts. I haven’t been too focused yet on recomping and building muscle due to my skin removal procedures. I’ve had surgery literally every year for the last 3 years and it causes me to not be able to fully recomp and build muscle cause I can’t lift heavy for a bit. So I haven’t been focused on muscle building. Once I heal from my recent procedure my goal is to recomp. But this last year I’ve been into mobility and strength training also developing a strong core so I do lots of fullbody, core and body weight workouts. I have a list of stuff that I do. I do about 5 fullbody workouts 4 sets 10-15 reps each then do daily core workouts too. But soon I’m shifting into recomping

Your Weight-loss blueprint
Let’s build the body you want — with a plan that actually sticks. No extremes. No confusion. Just a clear blueprint that works. Weight loss can feel overwhelming, but my goal is to help you go from overwhelmed to in control. I’m not here just to motivate or inspire you for a moment — I’m here to give you a system you can follow even on the days you don’t feel like it. Because that’s what creates real, lasting results. Most people already know the basics: calorie deficit, better food choices, and moving your body. The information is out there. So why is it still so hard? Because it’s not just physical — it’s mental. I’m going to talk about the things that don’t get enough attention: food noise, anxiety, fear, self-doubt, and the internal battles that can make consistency feel impossible. I started at 392 lbs after years of failed attempts, so I understand how frustrating and discouraging it can feel. I also know what it takes to push through that. My goal is simple: to share what actually helped me, in hopes that it helps you too. Feel free to ask questions or leave suggestions on what you’d like me to cover 🤍

Welcome
This is a space where I’ll be sharing the weight-loss tips that not only helped me lose weight, but also maintain it long-term. I started my journey in Summer 2022. I lost over 220 lbs in just one year — 120 lbs naturally in less than 5 months, and then another 100 lbs after choosing to have gastric sleeve surgery later that same year. Today, I’m down over 245 lbs and have maintained my weight loss for over 4 years. Now, I want to help you do the same. Here, I’ll be sharing the real strategies that kept me on track and helped me stay accountable. But just as important, I’ll be honest about the imperfect parts too — because my journey wasn’t linear, and that’s the reality for most people. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about consistency, learning from mistakes, and knowing you can always bounce back. Be kind to yourself — progress matters more than perfection. I’ll be posting a lot of tips over the next few days. If there’s anything specific you’d like me to cover, drop a comment or send me a message if you prefer to stay private.
