Last week was mixed. I made progress on some goals, but I didn’t reach everything I had planned. I’ve been dealing with a few personal and professional challenges that affected my focus and discipline more than I’d like to admit. What frustrated me most was knowing what needed to be done and still not executing at my best. That’s on me, and I’m actively working to correct it. One win this week is that I didn’t give up. I will stayed engaged, reflected honestly on my gaps, and I’m clearer now about what I need to improve moving forward.
Momentum check. Not motivation.
Most founders don’t lose momentum because they stop working. They lose it because they loosen their standards. Standards decide: • What you tolerate • What you repeat • What you fix immediately • What you stop excusing If 2025 taught you anything, it is this: You do not rise to your vision. You fall to your standards. So instead of asking “What do I want next year?” Ask something more useful today: 🤔What standard am I upgrading right now? Examples: • Decision speed • Focus during work hours • Who gets access to your time • How clean your offers and pricing are • How often you review numbers instead of feelings Small standard shifts change everything over time. 👇Drop one standard you are consciously raising this week. No explanations. No context. Just ownership.

Thirty Days of Impact
In the next 30 days, I am committed to engaging in the community
Anyone can be a Founder...
Does that mean that business is for everyone? NO.... Let me explain. In the Movie: Ratatouille There is a great quote: Chef Gusteau: "Anyone can cook... but only the fearless can be great". Another key quote from Anton Ego later reframes this, stating, "Not everyone can become a great artist; but a great artist can come from anywhere". .....but a great artist can come from anywhere... In the same way... great founders can come from anywhere! Don't let your background, skills, education, or any other thing dictate whether you think you can be a great Founder or not! If you have the calling and you are willing to be FEARLESS... then you will be great

This spoke to me. It’s not about where I come from, but how far I’m willing to go
