You fall to your standards. So instead of asking “What do I want next year?” Ask something more useful today: 🤔What standard am I upgrading right now? Examples: • Decision speed • Focus during work hours • Who gets access to your time • How clean your offers and pricing are • How often you review numbers instead of feelings Small standard shifts change everything over time. 👇Drop one standard you are consciously raising this week. Another key quote from Anton Ego later reframes this, stating, "Not everyone can become a great artist; but a great artist can come from anywhere". .....but a great artist can come from anywhere... In the same way... great founders can come from anywhere! Don't let your background, skills, education, or any other thing dictate whether you think you can be a great Founder or not! If you have the calling and you are willing to be FEARLESS... then you will be great
