Hi 👋🏼 Recently joined Premium after listening to Dr. Stephanie on the DUTCH podcast. still trying to find my way around the platform but grateful to be here and to have found this group. My purpose in being here is twofold: 1) I had a stroke at 49 when I thought I was “relatively healthy” (wishing I had been tracking my Estrogen level at the time 🫤). Ultimately it was a gift and has led me to regular/consistent strength training with a coach and best-of-all realizing the importance of prioritizing myself. Still dealing with some stubborn weight and feeling like there is more going on and 2) my 23 yr old daughter has recently been told she has PMOS (sort of - very vague messaging from drs) / has not had a period in a year and has been dealing with persistent acne despite being an excellent eater/exerciser and overall very healthy and health conscious individual. I am trying to educate myself to help her navigate this diagnosis and get back to healthy ovulation. trying to pursue information that can help resolve her issues and help us both become stronger, more confident and educated women. 💕 I listened to the master class replay again tonight and I am ready to get started! @Root RX Support @Jade Cansino - please contact me ASAP to let me know next steps. Hi everyone! 🤍 My name is Devin, and I'm from San Diego, California. I'm so grateful to be here. I joined The Clarity Circle because the last few years have been filled with unexpected health challenges that completely changed the way I look at life. I've navigated a blood clot, Cushing's syndrome, thyroid cancer, and years of hormonal and menstrual issues. While those experiences were incredibly difficult, they've also made me slow down, reflect, and ask deeper questions about how I want to live—not just survive. I'm in a season of rebuilding and reconnecting with myself. I'm learning to prioritize my health, create a life that feels aligned with my values, and trust that even the hardest seasons can lead to growth. Over the next 90 days, I'm hoping to gain more clarity, confidence, and peace. I want to feel more grounded in who I am, build healthier rhythms, and intentionally create a life that feels fulfilling rather than rushed.
