Build the habit before the results.
Results come later—habits come first. Your job in the beginning is simply to show up and build the muscle. Regular, repetitive, consistent work leads to reward. Which habit are you focusing on building this month?

My focus this month is to consistently post on social media, always been a struggle for me I’ll post 10 times in a day then nothing for a week lol so I made a 90 day content plan and so far I’ve been sticking to it 💪

@Paul Mullon the downside to that is that using a scheduling system reduces reach on social media so although it helps you stay consistent it can be detrimental too. I batch create one week at a time (posts planned for 90 days including captions) then just have to hit post
Embrace Being a Beginner
There is zero pressure when you're at zero. This is the stage where experimentation is allowed—and expected. Starting something new is scary. You don't have the skills. You don't know what to do. And that is so liberating! Recognise that you cannot be expected to know anything about it, as you have just started. Open yourself up to new opportunities by accepting that you are new at whatever it is you are embarking on. What “beginner mindset” lesson are you embracing this week?

Great message, everyone starts somewhere and nobody is born with skills, we have to learn step by step. I also think it’s important to learn to walk before you try to run, eg don’t try to start a business as a pottery teacher if you’ve never used a wheel or kiln. Knowing our own limitations, accepting them and taking the time to learn is so important in making sure that we don’t create that pressure on ourselves ❤️
