@Lydia Kyriakidou That makes sense. The more tailored a solution is to a specific audience, the easier it is for people to see themselves using it. Specificity often seems to be the difference between a good offer and an irresistible one. Was choosing a very specific audience part of the strategy from day one?

@Lydia Kyriakidou That makes sense. Focusing on a specific audience with specific needs usually creates a much stronger offer than trying to appeal to everyone. Sounds like you've identified a gap that many others have overlooked.

I was speaking with a business owner recently who told me: "I know my service gets results but I feel like I'm losing opportunities online." After taking a closer look, the problem wasn't their service. It wasn't their pricing and it wasn't their marketing. The real issue was that potential clients had nowhere to go to learn more about the business and build trust. That conversation reminded me of something I've noticed over and over again. Many business owners spend a lot of time trying to get more visibility, more leads and more attention online but very few stop to think about what happens after someone becomes interested. When someone hears about your business, sees your content or gets referred to you, one of the first things they often do is search for you online. What they find in those few moments can either build confidence or create doubt. That's why a website is still one of the most valuable assets a business can have. A good website can: - Build credibility and trust - Clearly explain what you do - Generate leads even when you're not working - Answer common questions - Showcase your results and testimonials - Make it easier for people to take action Recently, I spoke with two business owners who experienced this firsthand. The first relied heavily on referrals for new business. What they eventually discovered was that many referrals were checking them out online before reaching out. After improving their website and making their offer clearer, they started receiving more inquiries from people who already understood the value of what they offered. The second business owner had a great service but no professional online presence. Prospects would often ask if they had a website before moving forward. Once they launched a website that clearly explained their services and included client feedback, conversations became much easier because trust had already been established. If you're planning to build or improve your website, here are a few essentials worth focusing on:
