Summer Seasons~
Summer is starting to show up a little earlier this year for me. Not all crashing at once. Not overwhelming. Just… building and moving. There are more things on the calendar. More movement~ More energy asking to be met~ But here’s the major difference~ I’m not stacking everything on top of each other. I’m layering it. Many things are already in motion. Some are just beginning. Some are quietly waiting their turn. And because of that, nothing is fighting for space it doesn’t have. (And I don't have~!) That’s the shift. Summer doesn’t have to feel like chaos just because things are growing. It can feel like rhythm. Like pacing. Like knowing what belongs now… and what doesn’t. If things are starting to pick up for you too, this is your reminder~ You don’t need to do everything at once. You just need to place things where they actually fit with your capacity in mind~! ______________________________________________ Keep in mind when I say Season I mean, myself, and every project or item on my plan has its own season as well~! Don't overwhelm yourself and ignore your capacity. Work with yourself~

@Amy Acock Thank you~! I’m ready~!
New Week ✨
Before you rush into the week~ pause with me for a second. What are you carrying over from last week? What’s still open, still growing, still unfinished? Let this week be a continuation, not a scramble. And if you need some more help~ make a post~!

@Amy Acock I feel you on he crazy week, but it’s ok~! Any time you set aside for even a little planning will help you get this week into a semblance of smoother operating order ^_^! Wishing you an easy week and time for yourself!
Busy Week~ into Busy Weekends
Busy weeks into weekends hit a little differently~ Not everything gets done. And not everything needs to. Some weekends are for output~ events, work, showing up fully. Some are for tending what’s already in motion. And sometimes… it’s just about keeping things steady while life moves fast. Perennial Planning isn’t about forcing balance in every moment. It’s about recognizing what kind of weekend this is~ and meeting it there. And just as important~ Resting afterwards is part of the plan. Not a reward. Not an afterthought. A requirement. Because if you don’t build in recovery, you don’t actually have sustainability~ you just have momentum on borrowed energy. So if this weekend is full: Keep it simple. Protect your energy where you can. And make space to land when it’s over. That’s how you keep going 🌿 Where are you this weekend? Hustling and bustling or vibing and relaxing?

Ramping Up
Some weeks are lighter. This isn’t one of them for me~ I’ve got a full week ahead~ so I’m not waiting until Monday to get into it. Sunday is where I started on a few things, and I've already been doing a few things early already. Not rushed, but getting things in place and prepped and ready where I can. Looking at what’s coming~ Getting organized~ Lining things up so I’m not scrambling later. Because when the week is full, the setup matters. I don’t need to do everything today~ but I do need to make sure I can move clean when the time comes. That’s the ramp up~ Like the garden~ before a big push, you prep. Clear space. Set your tools. Know where you’re starting. So today is just that~ Getting ready. Getting clear. Stepping in a little early so the week doesn’t run me over. Where is everyone else at this week?

@Amy Acock We both use Sunday as that ^_^ it’s nice to feel prepared~ like Sunday is the cup of coffee to the week. ^_^
Weekend Time~
Weekends used to feel like a reset button. Now I see them a little differently... Not as something to fix the week…but as a quieter extension of it. Perennial Planning isn’t about cramming rest into two days because the week took everything out of you. It’s about noticing what actually has space to breathe right now and flow with you. Some weekends are for restoration. Some are for tending loose ends. Some are for quiet joy. Some are just… slower versions of everything you’ve already been carrying. And sometimes, nothing gets fully “reset” at all. It usually just means you’re in the middle of something that hasn’t finished unfolding yet. So instead of asking “How do I make this weekend productive or restorative enough?” Shift your mindset to~ “What actually has room to move right now?” Then meet it there~ gently, honestly, without forcing a season that isn’t ready. The garden doesn’t rush just because it’s Saturday~ 🌱
