Just an fyi. I already lost 29lbs in the beginning so I know it was working. I also was put into surgical menopause via hysterectomy in march. Age 51. The food noise is not bad and I’m pretty good with the protein and exercise. It seems it just stopped

I started my journey on name brand zep&#. I did great the first 2 months. Lost 25. Switched to research companies and I w tried a few seems I hit a stall or maybe it’s just not working as well. Scale really hasn’t moved in over 7 weeks! Any advice or suggestions?

Yes doing all the things. Eating as clean as I can and drinking enough water. I just started ss31 so I can start Mots c and NAD. I think I want to start cagri but now contemplating doing tesa instead. Not sure yet
