It’s almost like vetting offers but also trying to find the main bottle necks that is holding the business back Like analysing latest 10 calls before remaking VSL to pre handle objections for example Would be great to hear more on how to approach it from both sales reps and sales manager perspectives (without being too bossy, if that makes sense)
