Today Liz discussed the various definitions of intimacy and how important it is during your awakening process because it isn't just limited to the physical. She also delved into the importance of communication and recognizing how to read your the signals your body is giving you. Thank you Gary for joining and sharing your insight. We tuned into the frequency of gold today and used it to calm our nervous systems and heal nerve endings.
