Hey everyone — glad to be here. I’ve been active in real estate on the transactional funding and capital-connector side. Right now I’m focused on: • Double closings (same-day transactional funding) • Connecting solid deals to private lenders • Helping wholesalers structure clean exits My main focus is protecting capital and structuring safe, in-and-out deals. Looking forward to learning more from experienced lenders here and building strong connections. 1. Not directly with my own capital yet, but I structure and facilitate short-term transactional funding and work with private lenders on deal flow. 2. Subject-to sounds riskiest to me due to underlying loan risk and due-on-sale exposure, especially without strong borrower experience and reserves. 3. I’d like to better understand risk-adjusted return modeling when comparing first vs second lien positions. If anyone is structuring short-term double closes or needs quick transactional funding positioning, I’m always open to connect.
