We are Leasa and Chelsi Hart, a mother–daughter team with over 30 years of combined experience in childcare. Leasa owned and operated Warm Hart’s Childcare, a licensed family childcare for 10 years, while Chelsi—who literally grew up in the field—has earned her CDA and worked as a preschool teacher, education coordinator, nanny/house manager, and after-school recreation specialist.
